I said this last year around Emmy time, Tracy Morgan is the funniest man alive (see Tracy Morgan=Funniest Man Alive). This year the Emmy people finally gave Tracy some recognition with a  nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series and if the voters have any sense he’ll win by a landslide. Not only does he help make 30 Rock the best show on television, but simply watching his interviews can provide hours of comic relief. Enjoy!
