I’ve gotta say, I’m a little disappointed with this video. Not that I had high expectations, but when the word leaked that Kanye West would be directing this joint, I figured he might have some tricks up his sleeve that would attempt to give this video more of an epic feel (like we generally see in Kanye’s videos).

Instead, we got some story about a basketball team stacked (literally) full of models. And I’m not complaining about that part, but figured one of the best songs of the year would also have one of the best videos and this isn’t even the best video I’ve seen today.

Try again ‘Ye or better yet, go back to making music without auto-tune, please.

I’m not really sure why this took place, but apparently Hurricane Chris has made such a big impact with his latest single, Halle Berry (She’s Fine), that it got him the floor at a recent Louisiana House of Representatives meeting. The video looks like it came straight from C-SPAN, which would have made this even more entertaining to witness.

I hear next week Gucci Mane will address Congress with his vision for a universal health care plan…

Where’s the support group for friends of vegans (or just old fashioned vegetarians) who have to deal with the hassle of their dietary needs, inability to eat anywhere and overall food snobbishness?

This is kind of funny. Everything about marijuana culture just sounds funny to me when someone tries to speak about it in a professional context. How great would it have been if Anderson had sampled some of the goods and reported on their effect (while still trying to maintain his overly serious tone)?

I’m predicting at least one state will decriminalize weed this year and a few will follow after that. Although Obama has stated he’s not toying with the idea, I’m guessing he’s just putting off that sort of talk until he secures his second term.

You’ve gotta love the Red Sox and Yankees rivalry (or can just hate the Yankees and/or A-Rod to enjoy this one). I’m hoping this chant is something that catches on. I might start going to baseball games just to yell it at every player.

Well the Cavs didn’t make the finals, but at least us folks from Cleveland have something we can still be excited about. Bone is releasing new music! I just spotted this cut over at HipHop N More and it’s apparently from the upcoming UNI-5 album. Not their best work to date and it sounds like it needs some tweaking from Dr.Mauly T, but I’m always excited to hear new Bone material!

I saw this on CNN the other day, but apparently it’s made its way to Break.com. This bird in San Francisco has apparently been fucking with people’s heads. Literally.

I wonder if you can train birds to do this or if this one just has some strange attraction to people’s heads. I’d pay good money for one…
